Face Yoga

10am - 3pm, Mullum, $130
Lift your Face! Lift your Spirit! Face yoga uses muscle exercises, conscious breathing and body poses to tighten, tone and lift your face naturally. During this course you will learn a set of exercises to smooth wrinkles, lift droopy eyelids, improve your eyesight, reduce double chins and define your jawline, which you can practice at home and easily integrate into your daily life.

Native Beekeeping

Social, semi-social and stingless bees all play a hugely important role in the Australian ecosystem, pollinating our unique wildflowers and more. Learn about bee morphology, nesting biology, foraging behaviour, the importance of bees in natural systems, and the effectiveness of stingless bees as a pollinator of farms and gardens.

Paint The Head

You need to be able to paint a head before you can paint a portrait! Making the head look three dimensional, solid and bathed in light, is more than just sticking facial details (eyes, nose, mouth and ears etc) together.

Printmaking Introduction

This course provides an introduction to printmaking with a focus on two popular techniques: monoprint and linocut. Students will explore the basic principles, tools, materials, and methods of these printmaking processes, developing their skills through hands-on practice and creative experimentation.
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist looking to expand your skills, this course offers a hands-on, immersive experience that will ignite your artistic passion.

Reflexology

10am - 3pm, Mullum, ACE Funded*
Through reflexology, by massaging the feet, you can access various parts of the body and find relief from many common ailments.
During this practical two day intensive, you will learn about the pressure points on the soles of the feet, and practice acupressure techniques and how to apply them.
This is a fun, hands-on workshop that will teach you valuable skills and have you walking away on cloud 9. You will practice and receive fabulous foot massages. This course is mainly experiential, so that you can apply your knowledge immediately.

Reiki Level 1

Silver Jewellery - An Introduction

Learn the fundamentals of making silver jewellery with this weekend workshop. This introductory course covers the key skills you need for precious metal work; perfect for anyone keen to start the journey of jewellery design and making. You can expect to complete two or three pieces of finished jewellery. Additional materials fee $90.

Stone Setting for Jewellery

This course covers an introduction to stone setting for jewellery using cabochon stones. Perfect for anyone who has had some previous experience with metal work or jewellery design and would like to explore their interest in stone setting. You will make one or two pieces to wear home.

Tenancy Disputes in NCAT

A short course offering lega advice on the rights of tenants and the powers of landlords, the process from application to eviction, how to run a conciliation (mediation) and the basics of full defended hearings.

The Family Law Experience

A short course offering legal advice on how our courts treat parenting and property disputes, the steps from application to final hearing, mediation and conciliation, and getting the best from consent orders.

Writing Non-Fiction
