Introduction:
Explore HeartMath techniques based on more than 20 years of peer-reviewed research. Discover tools to enhance your ability to self-regulate emotions, clear old patterns, reduce stress and recharge your energy resulting in restorative sleep, enhanced vitality and ongoing resilience. This is a powerful skillset to prepare you to thrive in today’s world of flux and challenge. This is a 6 hour course spread over three weeks.

Tutor Profile:
Laura Shore
Laura has been practicing and studying HeartMath® techniques for 9 years. She completed the Resilience Advantage Teacher training in July of 2022 and is a certified HeartMath trainer. She has been teaching adults for 45 years teaching creative writing and poetry in the Byronshire since 1997 and teaching through Dangerously Poetic, Inc since 2002.
