- Estimating project costs and developing a realistic schedule
- Managing the different phases of construction How to handle tradespeople, from payments to inspecting their work for quality assurance
- Participants will leave the workshop equipped with practical insights and strategies for successful project management, ensuring their build is both efficient and compliant with regulations.
