Introduction:
The Cocktail & Spirits Course invites participants to explore the art and science of mixology. Designed for both hospitality professionals and enthusiasts, this hands-on program covers spirit categories, cocktail techniques, flavour balance, and presentation skills.
Led by Matteo Barnett, an experienced industry professional and international competition judge, the course blends practical skills with creative exploration, helping participants build confidence behind the bar while mastering classic and signature drinks.
