Burlesque Baby (Show Girl Course)

A fun introduction course on how to glide gracefully in a seductive way. Death-Defying Law

Join Mark Swivel from Barefoot Law as he guides you through the processes and complexities of Wills, Powers of Attorney, Guardianship, Advance Care Directives, Probate Applications, Voluntary Assisted Dying and Document Drafting.  The course aims to support you to make informed decisions when dealing with the law and life experiences that relate to death and dying.  Mark has been practising for 30 years.  Barefoot Law see legal advice as a right, not a privilege and aims to deliver practical advice to the community at affordable rates.  Essential support for everyone, not to be missed.

Drawing Introduction

Sat & Sun, 22 - 23 Feb, 9am - 3pm, Mullum, ACE Funded*

This short course is designed for those who want to draw but aren’t sure where to start or perhaps you used to enjoy drawing but it’s been a while and you just need a refresher to get you started again.
Develop your drawing skills as we explore an array of drawing techniques and materials with a focus on line, texture, proportion and tone while immersed in a supportive and relaxed art studio environment. You will come away with greater confidence in your drawing abilities and some drawing exercises that can be repeated at home as you continue to hone your skills.
 

Dreamscapes : Introduction to Dreamwork

This course will explore various dreamwork techniques. Participants will learn to cultivate dream awareness, engage with dream landscapes, and foster meaningful connections with dream characters. Through dream sharing and skill development, individuals will gain a deeper understanding of the transformative potential of dreams, symbols and the use of rituals and ceremony when tending to their dreams.

Exploring Printmaking

Growing Bananas

Bananas, are one of the easiest and most versatile food plants to cultivate. Learn how to grow, manage, and harvest a banana clump organically. Explore the best local varieties, including Plantains and how to utilize them in your kitchen including cooking with green bananas, banana bell and stem.

Handmade Paper Lights



In this workshop, you will learn to make beautiful handmade paper using recycled waste paper, flowers, raw cotton and natural textures.

You'll gain skills to be able to prepare your pulp, pull sheets of paper, add seeds for gift tags, and emboss the wet paper for an extra special effect.

Healthy Ramen & Gyoza

A beginner-friendly workshop where you'll learn to make restaurant quality healthy miso Ramen and Gyoza! Using handmade noodles, ramen miso paste, ramen eggs, chicken char siu, and chicken or vegetarian gyoza. 

Healthy Transition to Raw Vegan

Making the transition towards a healthy, energising, whole-foods raw vegan diet can seem overwhelming and daunting at times. Intro to Permaculture



A wonderful chance to gain knowledge on the key elements of Permaculture and how to integrate this into your home garden system.

We'll take a brief look at Permacultures foundations, zones, mapping, the soil food web, integrated pest management, compost, perennial species, weeds and integrated animal systems.

It's the perfect opportunity to see what Perm is all about and acquire ready to use, practical skills and knowledge.

Myofascial Release Massage Part III

The Myofascial Release Advanced Class represents a real difference from other hands-on modalities in its simplicity, its underlying methodology, the relative ease it takes to learn and become competent, and its immediate effectiveness.

The Upper and Lower Body courses (Myofascial Release Parts I and II) are pre-requisites to take the Part III.

Oil Painting Basics

Printmaking Introduction

This course provides an introduction to printmaking with a focus on two popular techniques: monoprint and linocut. Students will explore the basic principles, tools, materials, and methods of these printmaking processes, developing their skills through hands-on practice and creative experimentation.
 
Whether you're a beginner or an experienced artist looking to expand your skills, this course offers a hands-on, immersive experience that will ignite your artistic passion.

Reflexology

2 x Sat, 22 - 29 March, 10am - 3pm, Mullum, ACE Funded*
 
Through reflexology, by massaging the feet, you can access various parts of the body and find relief from many common ailments.
During this practical two day intensive, you will learn about the pressure points on the soles of the feet, and practice acupressure techniques and how to apply them.
This is a fun, hands-on workshop that will teach you valuable skills and have you walking away on cloud 9. You will practice and receive fabulous foot massages. This course is mainly experiential, so that you can apply your knowledge immediately. 

 

Stone Setting for Jewellery

Sat & Sun, 29 & 30 March 2025, 9am-5pm, Mullum Campus $320

This course covers an introduction to stone setting for jewellery using cabochon stones. Perfect for anyone who has had some previous experience with metal work or jewellery design and would like to explore their interest in stone setting. You will make one or two pieces to wear home.

Tai Ji Introduction

Tai Ji is a highly revitalising practice that has evolved over centuries to embody the principles of the Tao - The Way of Harmony.
