Introduction:

A relaxing and nourishing day where you will learn the basic recipe and method in authentic Kim Chi making. Be provided with a delicious and highly nutritious lunch (meat/non-meat options available) including the star ferment - Kim Chi. Enjoy an introduction to Gong Fu tea ceremony while we wait for the wombok to brine... bring jars for take home spoils!

What to bring:

  • Paring knife 
  • Mixing bowl
  • Apron 
  • T-Towel
  • Containers (glass or plastic 1L for take home )
 
Dietary requirements : a gluten free lunch will be served, 
 



Important information

Once your enrolment is completed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include your receipt and inform you of the dates, times and venue for your course. It will also let you know of anything you need to take to class with you.

Students are required to be 15 years old and above at the time of enrolment.

A fourth-generation Chinese Australian with over 15 years Master of Gong Fu tea ceremony, experience hosting tea and dumpling workshops and demonstrations across Sydney (Museum of Sydney, Gene Sherman Gallery, Art Gallery of NSW, Kambala School, SCEGGS Darlinghurst, Chinese Garden of Friendship, Woollahra City Council, Sydney City Council. Living and loving the Northern Rivers for the last 3 years.
