Interested in learning about floristry? This 2 day introduction course will step you through the process of creating a variety of floristry designs.

Reflexology

Through reflexology, by massaging the feet, you can access various parts of the body and find relief from many common ailments.
During this practical two day intensive, you will learn about the pressure points on the soles of the feet, and practice acupressure techniques and how to apply them.
This is a fun, hands-on workshop that will teach you valuable skills and have you walking away on cloud 9. You will practice and receive fabulous foot massages. This course is mainly experiential, so that you can apply your knowledge immediately. 

 

Regenerative Agriculture
