Learn the essential skills to use the spreadsheet for home and office applications. From the basics, including layout, formatting and printing, through to the manipulation of text and numbers, participants will get a thorough grounding in applying this powerful tool to solve a myriad of problems. A working knowledge of the Windows environment is needed.

Introduction to Floristry with Leena Martens

Interested in learning about floristry? This 2 day introduction course will step you through the process of creating a variety of floristry designs.
Reflexology
2 x Sat, 25 October - 1 November, 10am - 3pm, Mullum, ACE Funded*
 
Through reflexology, by massaging the feet, you can access various parts of the body and find relief from many common ailments.
During this practical two day intensive, you will learn about the pressure points on the soles of the feet, and practice acupressure techniques and how to apply them.
This is a fun, hands-on workshop that will teach you valuable skills and have you walking away on cloud 9. You will practice and receive fabulous foot massages. This course is mainly experiential, so that you can apply your knowledge immediately. 

 
Regenerative Agriculture

Explore the many facets of Regenerative Agriculture through our exciting collaboration with The Farm. We will visit each of their expert tenants who specialise in all things soil, growing, integrating systems, value adding and a closed loop community. Each tenant focuses on regenerating the land, no waste systems and human and community health.

Join our class in creating beautiful floral arrangements with a focus on environmental sustainability. Emphasising seasonal Australian-grown flowers, you will learn to celebrate the beauty and imperfections that nature offers. Discover techniques for arranging flowers using alternative containers and mechanics that promote sustainability.
