Accidental Counsellor equips participants with practical, skills-based strategies to support someone in the moment of distress. It teaches participants how to:

· Help someone identify their strengths and next steps
 
It’s particularly suited to those in everyday roles—educators, community workers, aged care workers, frontline staff, volunteers, and parents—who often find themselves supporting others unexpectedly. Being face-to-face and highly interactive, it gives participants the chance to practise these skills in realistic scenarios and build real confidence. Important information

Once your enrolment is completed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include your receipt and inform you of the dates, times and venue for your course. It will also let you know of anything you need to take to class with you.
