Introduction:
Sessions include this philosophy un-locked, plus a balancing blend of gentle asana movement, synced with pranayama, controlled breath-work techniques and guided mindful meditation and mantra. Yamas and Niyamas are how we relate to and interact with ourselves and with the world.
Cultivating a deeper sense of contentment and purpose with these pearls of wisdom is just the beginning in this safe and supportive space. We can honour and connect to our true nature through authentic self enquiry and setting and embodying our sankalpas (goals).
This carefully curated course is designed to offer an experiential and empowering journey utilising our bodies own natural intelligence and in-built healing modalities. Expect uplifting somatic vagus nerve toning practice to put you at ease, accompanied with traditional breath-work that can cleanse, purify and regulate all of our internal complex systems for optimal health, functioning and alignment.
Warmly welcoming all levels and walks of life, please note this classroom is not about being flexy or sexy it is about how we feel and meeting ourselves where we are without judgement. Its about relieving tension through gentle movement, not creating it. Hatha, vin-yin and breath-work and yoga nidra meditation suitable and beneficial for novices to experts.
The philosophy teachings are non hyper spiritualised and are kept playful, neutral and are just like a gift that keeps on giving to add to your self care tool kit!

Tutor Profile:
Kali Farrell
Kali was born half Sri-Lankan and half Australian. She was inspired from an early age about the ancient teachings of buddhism from her family origins.
With a colourful and creative professional ‘jack of all trades’ history in dance, art, graphic and web design, writing, music, business, travel, curry (munching & cheffing) and then all throughout the times, practicing yoga, she felt destined to study and qualify in Yoga Philosophy, Anatomy, Asana, Pranayama, Meditation & Mantra and the basics of Ayurveda.
She has experienced loss of loved ones along the way & developed an earnest, deepened gratitude of breath & the power of conscious breathing & how it can help heal dis-ease. Life is precious & it’s so important how we spend our time.
All things lead her to this calling of teaching yoga/ support work & being a solid advocate for self care, clarity & empowerment to live our best quality lives. She continues to deepen her practice and gain CPT points in the Yogi Industry on a regular basis and attends Ashram Immersions / travels when she can.
She has a keen interest in Yoga for Mental Health, Yoga for Kids and Yoga Therapy and Ayurvedic lifestyle and diet philosophies and Mind- Body Science and is consistently researching & self educating & doing advanced yogi courses… This was largely inspired by having a nuero-diverse kiddo, a parent with complex illness and her being a carer to both. Also due to experiencing the unfortunate early departure of one too many close friends suiciding.
It is her life’s mission to inspire radical self love!
Currently, Kali is thoroughly enjoying studying a Bachelor in Psychological Science and Councelling. Even with all this further education, She is a firm believer that her students & clients are her best teachers. Through connecting & face to face experiencing & sharing & exchanging, that's where the real ‘penny drop’ moments & shifts & sparks happen.
Kali has now had the honour and privilege of being a Yoga Practitioner and Facilitator as her vocation for five years and seriously celebrates every moment in this, her ultimate dream career.
To serve others to serve their higher purpose, serves her’s!
