Introduction:

Making the transition towards a healthy, energising, whole-foods raw vegan diet can seem overwhelming and daunting at times. This course guides you into new choices, step by step in a safe, supportive, enriching way without drastic dietary changes ensuring, it’s permanence and enjoyment for your wellbeing.
 
Learn how to take wise informed steps including gentle transition, alternatives, points to note, changes to expect and how to mitigate, and the wonder of healthy living.
You will be making an informed, educated and balanced transition towards healthier living ensuring nutrition and wellbeing are maintained whilst meeting your environmental, political, socio choices.

This course includes:

- why make the change: the ethics, benefits to yourself, others and the environment, food politics and current changes.
- what to expect as your body cleanses, detoxes and regenerates towards a healthier optimum life
- how to easily navigate these changes in your life, family, events and shopping
- nutrition advice: vitamins, minerals, fats, oils,
- food substitutes for your old favourites to keep you on track
- recipes to replace and ‘veganise’ shop bought items
- some vegan staples to ensure flavoursome meals
 
This is a theoretical class: no cooking, kitchen time or recipe making included although clarity on making a smooth, well-paced dietary transition given; recipes, advice and resource list is included
 
Your tutor, Lynda trained as a Healing Diets Coach at the School of Natural Medicine with its great history of innovative industry-leading Academic Courses based in pure Naturopathy and preventative medicine. Her journey to 'Food as Medicine' succeeded after many obstacles: stress; corporate burnout; pharmaceutical remedies; dieting and hormonal changes had taken their toll, leading her to living harmoniously from 'the inside outwards' thereby improving her eyesight by 2 stages, fixing hormonal imbalances, gut and bowel issues, skin rashes, kidney weakness, brain fog, reducing aches, pains, leg twitches, insomnia and reduction of pharmaceutical medicine dependency.

Once your enrolment is completed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include your receipt and inform you of the dates, times and venue for your course. It will also let you know of anything you need to take to class with you.
