Art Therapy Intro with Claudia Gyr

Introduction:

Learn the basic principles of Art Therapy and deepen into some experiential, interactive processes to give you a taste of how art therapy can support personal growth and healing. This course is offered in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Absolutely no artistic skills are needed. The focus in this course is on the creative process rather than the outcome. There is no right or wrong way to use materials or express yourself. It is about learning to trust our right brain's intuitive knowing and the gifts of new insights and self-discovery.

  • Apron, or old clothes

Important information

Once your enrolment is completed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include your receipt and inform you of the dates, times and venue for your course. It will also let you know of anything you need to take to class with you.

Claudia Gyr

Claudia M Gyr has been working as an Art Therapist for 19 yrs. using a body-centred, mindfulness-based approach. She holds a Masters in Arts Therapy and has been trained in other therapeutic approaches. She offers individual sessions and group facilitation for adults, specializing in developmental trauma.
