A fun vegan cooking workshop where you'll experience traditional Japanese culture making White Miso and fresh ocean water Tofu. Your Chef Kiriko will share recipes from her mother's lineage, and at the end of the workshop you'll take home with you 100g of Tofu, 1Kg of Miso and Soy pulp to enjoy and devour.

Tutor Profile:

Kiriko Satsuma

Kiriko(Que Rico) is a Japanese artist born in Osaka.  She is a ceramist and a passionate food researcher. Her ambition is to harmonize beautiful tableware with delicious food.
Since opening the ceramic studio in Byron Bay in 2018, many creative restaurants have her table wears on display. 
She has also run Tofu and Miso workshops at vegan cooking classes for the last couple of years.
