Introduction:
If you'd like to practice Yoga in a safe and welcoming environment and you are over 60, this course if for you! We'll practice some gentle Yoga postures, synchronising movement with breath for a good stretch, body strengthening and mind relaxation. All levels and age over 60s are welcome.

Students are required to be 15 years old and above at the time of enrolment.

What to Bring:
- Yoga mat
- Towel
- Comfortable clothes you can move in

Tutor Profile:
Barb Joffe
Barbi has taught yoga and somatic awareness for more than a decade, in Australia, America and Bali. Her teaching is inspired by training in Hatha Yoga, Embodied Flow and Yin-Restorative Yoga. She is dedicated to praising the sacred, authentic communication and is completing a Masters of Counselling. “For me, yoga and mindfulness is about deepening our ability to listen to the natural intelligence of our bodies, to live with greater emotional balance and presence”.
