Introduction:
These classes are for golfers of all levels from the beginner to the regular club golfer and offer a relaxed and friendly learning environment at the Ocean Shores Golf Club with Chris Graham, a Certified PGA Professional. Classes are scheduled over five weeks covering all of the basics including short game, long game and on-course play.

Chris Graham
Chris is a PGA Golf Professional - for more information about the PGA you can visit http://www.pga.org.au/Currently Chris is the Head Professional at Ocean Shores Country Club, this is where he provides his coaching services. Chris is a well-known local of the Northern Rivers. He began his career and passion for the game of golf at Mullumbimby Golf Club for 10 years from Junior amateur to PGA Trainee, he then went on to work for Rhys Wright at Byron Bay Golf Club for 4 years, an experience he regards as a great time for him and his knowledge of the industry. Chris now manages the Ocean Shores Country Club Pro Shop and operates as a PGA Head Professional, his passion for the game of golf and coaching members and social players as well as running an increasingly popular Saturday junior clinic has seen him grow into a respected local golf coach in our community.

Coaching philosophy:
Golf is a challenging and immensely satisfying game that can be played and enjoyed at many levels. Like other sports, it's very important to set goals and be clear about expectations in order to create a roadmap for improved performance.
My teaching philosophy is based on developing a plan with each student and then working through the steps needed to reach each goal. Patience, clarity, fun and focus drive my personal teaching principles. I respect each student’s individuality and tailor their lessons to ensure they can reach their maximum potential in an enjoyable and realistic time frame.
