Dreamscapes : Introduction to Dreamwork

This course will explore various dreamwork techniques. Participants will learn to cultivate dream awareness, engage with dream landscapes, and foster meaningful connections with dream characters. Through dream sharing and skill development, individuals will gain a deeper understanding of the transformative potential of dreams, symbols and the use of rituals and ceremony when tending to their dreams.

Face Yoga

Lift your Face! Lift your Spirit! Face yoga uses muscle exercises, conscious breathing and body poses to tighten, tone and lift your face naturally. During this course you will learn a set of exercises to smooth wrinkles, lift droopy eyelids, improve your eyesight, reduce double chins and define your jawline, which you can practice at home and easily integrate into your daily life.

These classes are for golfers of all levels from the beginner to the regular club golfer and offer a relaxed and friendly learning environment at the Ocean Shores Golf Club with Chris Graham, a Certified PGA Professional. This CPR half-day course is for students who have a CURRENT Provide First Aid qualification OR just wish to learn the CPR unit. This course covers the CPR element of Provide First Aid, which is recommended to be updated every year.

This course teaches you the skills and knowledge required to perform cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) in line with the Australian Resuscitation Council (ARC) Guidelines. This course is developed for existing workers in the industry who may require CPR training as recommended by the ARC.

This First Aid course will provide you with an excellent introduction to first aid and enable you to perform appropriate first aid procedures and basic life support until qualified emergency help arrives. This unit satisfies training requirements across a range of community and workplace settings and can be of benefit to anyone in the workplace, home or various other situations. Refresher courses (which are recommended to be renewed every 3 years) are also conducted within the one-day format.

The Myofascial Release Advanced Class represents a real difference from other hands-on modalities in its simplicity, its underlying methodology, the relative ease it takes to learn and become competent, and its immediate effectiveness.

The Upper and Lower Body courses (Myofascial Release Parts I and II) are pre-requisites to take the Part III.

Pilates over 55's

Pilates For Over 55's teaches you the foundations of Pilates, progressing over the weeks to build strength and flexibility as you work through the full range of movement to increase mobility and core strength. In this course you'll establish new movement pathways as you learn alignment, breathing, core connection, balance and flow. (Not suitable for those with spinal conditions and injuries that inhibit movement or require rehabilitation).

Psychic Development

Reflexology

Through reflexology, by massaging the feet, you can access various parts of the body and find relief from many common ailments.
During this practical two day intensive, you will learn about the pressure points on the soles of the feet, and practice acupressure techniques and how to apply them.
This is a fun, hands-on workshop that will teach you valuable skills and have you walking away on cloud 9. You will practice and receive fabulous foot massages. This course is mainly experiential, so that you can apply your knowledge immediately. 

 

Reiki Level 1

Reiki is the gentle Japanese method of hands-on energy healing that works on all levels of a person and is simple to use and easy to learn. The Yamas and the Niyamas

Yoga over 60s

If you'd like to practice Yoga in a safe and welcoming environment and you are over 60, this course if for you! We'll practice some gentle Yoga postures, synchronising movement with breath for a good stretch, body strengthening and mind relaxation. All levels and age over 60s are welcome.
