The Art of Self-Inquiry

An 8-week journey of creativity, reflection and self-discovery.

What if you could use art to explore the parts of yourself that words don't quite reach? Across eight weeks, you'll be guided through creative practices and reflective exercises designed to help you explore your inner world—from emotions and relationships to identity, patterns, values and the stories you carry.

This is not an art class about technique or producing perfect work. It is an opportunity to slow down, get curious and discover what emerges when you give your inner world a creative voice.

No artistic experience necessary—just a willingness to explore.

What you'll learn:

  • Develop greater self-awareness and understanding
  • Explore and express emotions through creativity
  • Reflect on personal values, identity and beliefs
  • Recognise patterns in thoughts, feelings and behaviours
