The Byron Community College Youth Program supports early school leavers aged 15 and over to gain the confidence, skills, and experience they need to thrive in work, further study, and life.

Our program includes:

  • Practical skills training to build workplace readiness

  • Academic support to explore further study pathways

  • Personal development opportunities that boost resilience, confidence, and life skills

  • A supportive, inclusive environment where young people can explore their interests, express themselves, and discover their strengths

Our experienced trainers guide and encourage every step of the way, helping students feel empowered and ready for the future.

For young people aged 15+ and their families, teachers, or support staff, this is a place to grow, learn, and step confidently into what’s next.

An uplifting six-week empowerment program for young women (15–18) Because every young woman deserves to feel proud of who she is. Her Space is a wellbeing program designed to support young women through adolescence, helping them build confidence, resilience, emotional wellbeing, and healthy relationship skills.
