Introduction:

TASTER COURSE - Practical Tools for stress, overwhelm & uncertainty in everyday life. We live in a beautiful region, yet many locals face deep concerns with ongoing flood-recovery, housing shortages and more.
The concerns facing many locals following natural disasters, lengthy delays in recovery support and resulting uncertainties has been deeply stressful.
This 3 hour course acknowledges the impact of these events and how stress affects the body and our connections.
A stimulating mix of discussion, colour and crayon creative expression, and practical grounding and releasing exercises provide participants with a variety of options and empowering skills to move forward and face what unfolds with more self awareness, calm and compassion.
