*NEW* Radical Me (Women 40 ) Reclaiming Menopause

There are currently no openings available for this course.

Introduction:

Karin Lucia Gisler, known from this years’ Vagina Conversations presents:

Radical Me (Women 40 ) Reclaiming Menopause.

What if Menopause is the beginning of your most exciting chapter?

This one-day workshop is a bold and supportive space for women ready to shift how they see peri-menopause and menopause — from something to manage, to something to claim.

Together, we’ll explore the deeper meaning of this life stage — beyond symptoms — and reconnect with the strength, clarity, wisdom, and opportunities that can emerge here.

You’ll be invited to:

  • reflect on the stories you’ve been told about ageing and beauty

  • challenge limiting beliefs and cultural stigma

  • reconnect with your sense of worth, voice, and inner authority

  • step into this next phase with confidence and grounded power

This is not about coping with menopause — it’s about reclaiming it, on your terms.

Through guided reflection, honest conversation, and creative exercises, Radical Me offers both insight and lived experience in a space that is real, respectful, and deeply supportive.

Morning tea provided.
