Introduction:

An expressive and mindful dance class designed to deepen your artistic connection while developing a strong, injury-free technique.

Explore floor work, dynamic movement, and natural alignment through a modern contemporary approach inspired by the Simonson Method, Limon, Nikolais, and Release Technique.

You’ll build musicality, expand your movement range, and learn a short choreography that evolves each week.

Open to new and returning dancers, move at your own pace and find your authentic expression.
