Tutor Profile:

Colleen Cook

Colleen is a registered BAS Agent and the owner-operator of Cloudscribe, a virtual business offering cloud-based bookkeeping solutions and training. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce with a major in Accounting and a Bachelor of International Business. As a certified Xero partner, Colleen’s preference for this accounting software is well-founded and backed by her extensive experience.

With a background as a taxation accountant in both large and small firms, she brings extensive experience to her current role. Formerly a small business owner in the fruit and vegetable industry, she identified a significant gap in the market due to frequently assisting clients with their accounts. This led her to shift her focus to providing virtual bookkeeping services to small businesses and sole traders, utilising Xero Accounting software and other cloud-based systems to overcome the barriers of distance in Australia.

With over 15 years of industry knowledge and her own business startup experience, Colleen is well-versed in the importance of accounts management and record-keeping. Whether you are a business owner wanting to understand your accounting system better, considering converting to Xero, or an individual interested in learning more about the software, Colleen's experience and passion for XERO training make her a highly effective and knowledgeable instructor.

Colleen’s outgoing personality and engaging teaching style ensure learning Xero is an enjoyable experience. The Xero training is interactive and conducted in a relaxed setting. You will receive a hard copy of the training notes to follow along and an emailed PDF version. Colleen will provide you with your own Xero login for the duration of the training, which you can access for 30 days, allowing you to practice and explore Xero functions in more depth at home.
