Exciting Updates at Byron Community College

There’s plenty happening at Byron Community College as we prepare for an exciting Term 3, with new opportunities to learn, build skills and connect across the Northern Rivers.

Byron Community College Expands into the Tweed

We’re excited to announce that Byron Community College will be opening a new campus in the Tweed this August.

Made possible through the generous support of Twinnies Gives, the new campus represents an important step in expanding access to quality education and employment pathways across the region. With a strong focus on work skills, vocational training and nationally recognised qualifications, the Tweed campus will help local people gain the practical skills and confidence they need to enter the workforce, change careers or upskill for new opportunities.

We look forward to welcoming the Tweed community and sharing more details about the new campus and upcoming courses in the coming weeks.

Term 3 Courses Are Filling Fast

Term 3 courses begin from the end of July, and many classes are already booking quickly.

From creative workshops and wellbeing programs to accredited qualifications and professional development, there’s something for everyone this term. With limited places available in many courses, we encourage you to enrol soon to avoid missing out.

Support Us Through Grill’d Local Matters

Throughout July, Byron Community College is proud to be part of the Grill’d Local Matters program at Grill’d Byron Bay.

When you purchase a burger, you’ll receive a token to vote for one of three local community groups. Simply place your token in the Byron Community College jar and you’ll be helping support the work we do across the Northern Rivers.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Byron Community College. Whether you’re enrolling in a course, voting for us through Grill’d Local Matters, or following our expansion into the Tweed, you’re helping us continue creating opportunities for education, employment and lifelong learning across our community.
