Forest bathing is a nature-based practice aimed at reducing stress and promoting overall wellbeing. Through guided activities, we connect to the sights, sounds, smells, touch and tastes of nature, with the quiet movement of our body through space. Scientific research is demonstrating the physiological, emotional and social benefits of enhanced nature connection. ?
This course offers a 2.5 hour guided walk and 1 hour workshop on incorporating nature connection into your daily life.
Join us for this half-day workshop as we explore the wonders of Booyong Nature Reserve.

- Your own snacks/lunch and refreshments
Once your enrolment is completed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include your receipt and inform you of the dates, times and venue for your course. It will also let you know of anything you need to take to class with you.
