Her approach to food is maximum enjoyment for minimal effort and she will share with you her inspiring recipes that will provide yummy solutions to your daily pondering “ What will I eat tonight “?
What to bring
- A pen & paper
- Take home containers for sauces and compound butter.
- Sharp knife
- 2. Plate ( a shallow pasta plate would be ideal)
- 3. Fork/ knife/spoon
- 4. Tea towel
- 5. 3 x Small containers to take home sauces etc
- 6. Chopping board
Once your enrolment is completed you will receive a confirmation email. This email will include your receipt and inform you of the dates, times and venue for your course. It will also let you know of anything you need to take to class with you.

Students are required to be 15 years old and above at the time of enrolment.
