Anger is a potent emotion. Sometimes with positive outcomes, often not. Looking from a new perspective can bring greater clarity and help transform anger into more constructive feelings. Break unhelpful patterns of thinking and discover more choices in healthy ways to respond when things are not as you'd prefer.

This course will not "solve" your dilemma, however can contribute to greater clarity. Understanding what is going on for you when you are angry can open you to new choices and make it less likely your anger will lead you to say or do something you might later regret.

The tutor, Paulette is an Internationally Certified Nonviolent Communication Trainer and will will take you through processes to shed new light on old patterns of thinking that often result in disconnection and anger.
